I’m the CEO and founder of Essential Grace Counseling, PLLC! I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 6 years. My experience range from inpatient hospital settings to private practice. I too have experienced challenges and barriers in my life.

I understand how vulnerable you may feel when entering therapy. I also understand how important it is to have someone sitting across from you that looks like you.

This is what inspired me to establish my own practice. I wanted to create a space for you.
